“I was in a terrible car accident and sustained multiple serious injuries. My husband and I interviewed several attorneys and firms to handle my case and decided on the Benjamin Law Group. Nathan and Andrew are an incredible team! Nathan was our main point of contact. He was highly organized and very efficient throughout the entire process, making sure to stay in close communication with me and my husband at all times. Even during the COVID-19 situation, he never stopped working on my case. “I would highly recommend Nate as a lawyer. Although the coronavirus pandemic interrupted my car injury case, Nate smoothly transitioned all of our proceedings and communication to an online, quarantine-friendly format. Since the start of quarantine, Nate completed the work efficiently and would continuously update me on the status of my case. Despite my lack of lawyer-type knowledge, Nate thoroughly explained every aspect of my case to me to ensure I would make well-informed decisions whenever necessary. My deposition was held virtually, and a week prior to it, Nate made sure I was prepared by coaching me through a virtual video deposition preparation session via Zoom. “In January of 2019, I was involved in a collision in a rideshare as a passenger and retained Nathan Benjamin for representation at the recommendation of my physical therapist. I was a little hesitant at first because Nathan is a younger lawyer but after my consultation felt he was the right guy for me. Although my case took a year to resolve, Nathan kept me aware of any changes and negotiations as they took place.
